Learn Amigurumi - Advanced Crochet Course

Join us in the magnificent medieval surroundings of Gloucester Cathedrals Learning Hub for a fun and social four week introduction to the art of Amigurumi.

All participants will need to have a basic knowledge of crochet, including keeping tension. Participants bringing their own equipment will need a darning needle and scissors. 

This four week course will cover:
- The basics of Amigurumi crochet
- An amigurumi animal
Amigurumi animals will be decided through the interests and skill level of the group but could include an easter egg bunny, an owl, an octopus or a toadstool.

Participants will receive:
Standard:
- Free tea and coffee
- A glass of Prosecco
- Yarn to use during the sessions and to keep after so you can practise your skills.
- A darning Needle.
- Scissors (in session only) 

Social
- Free Tea and Coffee
- A Glass of Prosecco
- The company of everyone else.



Ticket holders have access to the whole course and are encouraged to come to all sessions. These run 5.30pm - 8pm on Thursday 20th March, 27th March, 3rd April, and 10th April.

Parking:
We are sorry that due to limited space, parking in the Cathedral Close is restricted to pass holders only.
There are eight disabled parking spaces which are for use by Blue Badge holders on a first come first served basis.
However, there are several public car parks within easy walking distance of the Cathedral.
