As part of Gloucester Cathedral's exciting programme of events alongside its exhibition of Luke Jerram's Mars: War and Peace the Cathedral and Museum are proud to present Gloucester: City of War.
Join us as we explore over 2000 years of Gloucester history from the arrival of the roman army to the civil war siege and right through to modern day links with NATO. With experts from the Museum of Gloucester and an opportunity to handle and view artefacts this is an unmissable experience.

Mars will be available to view before the event, between 18:00 and 18:20. Please note that this event is after hours and, entry after 18:20 does not guarantee entry to see Mars.

Parking:
We are sorry that due to limited space, parking in the Cathedral Close is restricted to pass holders only.
There are eight disabled parking spaces which are for use by Blue Badge holders on a first come first served basis.
However, there are several public car parks within easy walking distance of the Cathedral.
