Change and Continuity over Four Centuries: The Story of Gloucester Cathedral since 1660.
Cathedral Guide David Evans will be giving a talk on this fascinating subject: how the Cathedral has been shaped and changed, yet in essence remained the same since 1660. This talk has been organised by the Friends of Gloucester Cathedral, and existing members and non-members are very welcome to attend. It promises to be a fantastic afternoon, offering a unique opportunity to learn more about this remarkable building.
The lecture will commence at 2.30pm in the Parliament Rooms of Gloucester Cathedral. Please note that, regrettably, these rooms are only accessible via staircase and so there is no level access.
After the talk there will be a Q&A session and refreshments.
