FOGC Study Day - Medieval herbalism and medicine

Cathedral Guides Hazel Brown and Dr Rod Woodward-Court will deliver a study day on two fascinating topics, medieval herbalism and medicine.  
 
Hazel will talk about herbs and their uses and her renovation of the Cathedral’s herb garden in the morning.  After lunch and an opportunity to view the garden, Rod will talk about aspects of medieval medicine.  
 
The day will conclude with tea and cakes.   

NB: The study day is initially only open to FOGC members and their guests, if we have capacity booking will be opened to the general public in the Spring.
